When you link your CloudaQ account with Amazon Alexa, we share your device list with Amazon to enable voice control. We do not store your Amazon account credentials. Commands sent via Alexa are logged with the source labeled as "Alexa".
When you link your CloudaQ account with Google Home, we share your device list with Google to enable voice control. We do not store your Google account credentials. Commands sent via Google Home are logged with the source labeled as "Google Home".
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) and on our servers hosted in India. We use TLS encryption for all data transmission.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the service (Firebase, Amazon Alexa, Google Home integrations).
When you share a device with another user, their email address is stored and they gain access to control that device. You can revoke access at any time from the app.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at info@cloudaq.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
CloudaQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
